GENERAL MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS:

What is it?
Knit Life is a loyalty program which entitles its members to special privileges such as merchandise, giveaways,concert tickets, special services, drink rebates, and free shows.

Are these limited?
Yes.  There will be a limited amount of Knit Life members in order to make the experience of every member personal and worthwhile.

When is my membership valid?
Membership is valid for 1 year starting from the day it was purchased.

How do I pick up my card after purchasing online?
Bring your ID and the credit card used to purchase your membership to the box office any night we have a show.  You will receive your membership card and merchandise item at that time.

 

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

What is the Sign-up bonus?
Upon registration, every Knit Life member is rewarded with a $10 credit that can be used toward beverages at your next visit to our club.

How does Early Entry work?
Skip the line! Upon arrival, present your card and tickets at the main entrance.  You and up to 3 of your guests will be welcomed into the venue prior to the general public.

What merchandise do I receive for signing up?
Each time you enroll in the program, you will receive a different gift.

What are Membership Presales?
On some of our larger shows, Knit Life members will be rewarded with an opportunity to purchase tickets prior to the show going on sale to the public.

How does Complimentary Coat Check work?
Present your Knit Life card at coat check and receive complimentary coat check for you and a guest.

How do I upgrade to VIP/Skybox?
As a valued member of our exclusive Knit Life program, we want to upgrade you and a guest to our VIP/Skybox.  Present your card at the box office and we will do our best to find accommodations in our VIP or Skybox areas.  This is subject to availability.

How do I get to meet the bands?
On rare occasion, we are given the opportunity to hold meet-n-greets with bands.  Keep an eye out for an email for a chance at an exclusive meet-n-greet giveaway.

What are exclusive partner giveaways?
Why let the fun stop at us?  A couple times a year, Knit Life members will have the chance to experience other events within the community.  These opportunities will be given out via email so be on the lookout!

How do sell out alerts work?
As a Knit Life member, we’ll communicate with you when a show is about to sell out so you don’t get left out!  Keep an eye on your email to see which shows are close to selling out.

How are released holds handled?
Sometimes sold out shows have a small number of tickets that are held back specifically for the artist’s label or their guests.  Often more tickets are held back then are purchased by the artist’s label.  When these holds are released, the tickets go on sale to the general public.  As a Knit Life member, when a hold has been released, you will be notified via email one hour before the general public is notified.

How do I redeem my rebates?
Upon signing up, and for every additional $100 spent at the bar, you will receive a $10 credit towards additional bar spend, compliments of Knitting Factory.  To redeem, present your loyalty card when closing your tab.
